Instructions for Online Entry and Registration
All entries are to be done online at www.ezmeets.com.
Simple directions for receiving a password and submitting entries online are below.
LAST DAY TO ENTER or SCRATCH APRIL 10TH, 2010. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS DATE.

Coaches, to receive a password that allows you to submit your entries at ezmeets, please contact Jason James at jamesj@esuhsd.org and provide school information as well as a contact number. Jason will respond within 24 hours with a password to get you up and running.
Directions:
Once you have received your password, go to ezmeets, scroll down the page until you find the Hampton-Phillips logo (same logo as the one on the bottom of this page), click on Entries and you will be on your
way.
1. Once inside the Entries page, click on the Team drop-down menu and select your school. Then enter your password in the cell at the right and select a division (VG, VB, F/S, Middle School, etc. - Remember, there is no F/S Girls Division for this meet). Then click on "Do It"
.
2. Now you need to provide your name, email address and phone number (10 digits - area code is required!) in order to begin your entries. If something is entered incorrectly the program will not allow you to continue, so make sure all information is entered correctly. If there are ever any changes, just click on "Update Contact Info" after logging in with your password.
3. Once you are in, start entering each athlete in his/her events with accurate marks for proper seeding. To enter a relay team, click on "Enter New Relay," type in the team name and enter a seed mark.
4. If you ever need to update your entries before the deadline (add/delete events, update marks, remove an athlete), just click on the athlete's name after logging in to the appropriate division and make the necessary changes.
Keep track of the number of individual entries and relays for your team, so you may calculate the proper entry fee to bring on the day of the meet.
Entry Fees:
1. Take Total Number of Individual Entries X $5.00
2. Take Total Number of Relay Entries X $15.00
3. Add the two totals for your complete entry fee.
REMEMBER: If you enter an athlete in four individual events, that will be four individual entries.

Entry Fees must be paid BEFORE athletes may compete. There will be no exceptions. A $30.00 late fee will be assessed for any additional entries after the April 17th, 2010 deadline. The meet will be run rain or shine. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR ENTRIES.
